As part of the loan review process, CEIS gathers underwriting statistics for transactions that were originated or renewed over the previous 12-18 months from the date of the subject loan review. In this initial publication, our analysis focuses on trends underwriting_health_check-150x150observed in underwriting Commercial Real Estate (CRE) income properties among banks located in New York and New Jersey.
